Today I’ve made ice cream I made it today which is Sunday because I wanted my dad to have some because he goes to workn on Monday and comes back on Friday.
I made traditional ice ice cream and the modern eskimo ice cream. When I was making it the eskimo ice cream was harder to make because you had to melt it all together.
The taste test – on a scale of 0-10
Eskimo ice cream appearance – 2. Taste – 5
Traditional ice cream appearance – 9. Taste – 10

I tried making ice cream a long time ago and I found it quite tricky because I had to keep stirring it while it was freezing to prevent ice crystals forming (I don’t have an ice cream maker). Yours looks good Erin and your scores are a good idea – well done.
