Hi its …..

Erin,

and today I will be telling you about high school. last week all the P7 went to high school for 3 days. I was in scuar Skye , rammmani , Freddie , and  Jackson, was also in Scaur.

we did English,health and well being, maths,and science , that What I remember that we did on Wednesday. 🙂

on Thursday we did,Music,RE (religious education),more English,History.thats what I can rember .

On Friday we had double PE and double science,modern studies,more maths, and English.

Erin and today Ill be telling you about The new P7 leavers hoodies.

On munday 🙁   We got our leavers hoodies  🙂 The parent council  gave us them (thank you ) at the end of the day. We all got one.

and to day I will be telling you about, a science  experiment we did.

 

We needed to separate sand, salt, rice, and stone,from each other this is how you do it. 🙂

 

What you need

mixture of salt,sand rocks, and rice,

beakers and stand,

filter paper,

paintbrush,

sieve,

funnel,

plate,

container,

hot water,

pot,

hob,

 

How to make:-)

1. get your mixture and take out  the stones
2. carefully use a pint brush to brush the sand of the stones put the stones to the side.
3. use the sieve to sieve out all the rice from the sand and  put it in a beaker.
4. put the filter paper in the funnel  and put the sand in (the sand will have the salt in it) carefully poor hot water in wait for all the water to filter through do no let the water or sand level go over  the filter paper.
5. repeat step 4 until the water is clear.

 

we didn’t have time to Finnish it so yeah this is what We did. 🙁

AND WE WILL BE TELLING YOU ABOUT GEOLOGY!!!!!!!! 🙂                               

ON Friday, a geologist came in to tell us about oil pumps in the sea and what they found there  there are two ways of getting on the oil pumps, the first is by boat when you get there a crane lowers done a basket and they jump on it and gets brought up its the most dangerast way to get on and the least common.

the second one is by helicopter it is the most safe way and the most common way. 🙂 

 

The geologist brought in a young mosasaurus skull and some half cylinder shapes of rocks like salt and oil rock. He also bought in some crystals and rocks including obsidian quartz tiger eye amethyst and red sandstone 😀 We could go in and hold the crystals at the end p1s first and p7s last!!

Hi i’m ……….

Erin and today I’m  gonna tell you about….

 

thing’s.  🙂

For topic, we are learning about Judaism, we made a poster  about the Torah  (the holy scroll ) and learned about the synagogue (their place of worship) .

 

There is also a talent show happening Holywood’s got talent (I’m not Doing it because I have a ballet exam coming up and a show )   lots of  people are doing It.

For PE we are doing tennis and are practising a solo rally ageist a wall and also practised a rally with a partner.for the warm up we played capture the flag and ended with extension.  🙂

so when I came in to school I helped Ori redo the girls bath room (were painting it green and gold) because we don’t want it pink any more. Then we did  nessy we also watched a video called Allein attack and then wrote about it.in maths we did  sundog and learned about improper fractions and  mixed numbers.

As you might  know or not know our topic is WW2 (world war 2) and we are making model planes  you could make a messerschmitt   (German plane ) or a spitfire (British plane) I piked to make a  spit fire.

It is about A girl called Annmarie AND her best  friend Ellen who is Jewish and it is in world war 2  in Copenhagen It is a good read.
