Hello everybody,

I am really happy to be writing a new blog.

Today I made some bread. I have been watching and helping mummy make bread but I made it all on my own today. We had some for tea with our salad.

I have been learning a lot about the ocean. These are some of the facts I have found out. I hope you like them.

Most jelly fish are dangerous.

Some jelly fish glow in the dark.

Jelly fish are not very good swimmers.

Box jelly fish sting you with their tentacles.

I did two jelly fish pictures today. One is drawn in coloured pencil but the other is a collage. The blue frame is the sea. The sequins are the body and show all the lights of a jelly fish when it shines from the sun in the water.

We finished today off with a brilliant water fight in the garden. It was really good fun and helped us exercise and cool down a lot because it is really hot.

Tonight me my dad and my dads girlfriends family went to the Easterbrook Bistro for our dinner. I got a plain burger. My dad got Tempura chicken. That looked nice. My meal tasted nice too. I had a lemonade for my drink. We were there for quite a long time. We were also playing with Marlow (the toddler). She’s super cute. That’s wraps up today’s blog bye. By Orla.

This morning we decided to go riding. We were just going to walk the ponies because of Duncan’s feet. We went the same route as we did on Thursday but we did go a little longer. I was riding with my mum. My pony’s back feet are just long. It’s not a long hack. We tried to get them out before it was to hot. I had a really nice hack which was good. This afternoon me my mum and my sister went on a walk with the dog. We went to Drumlanrig again. We also took a picnic. We walked a bit and then found a bench. There was a few flies chasing me for my food but I got them away. After our lunch we walked for another five minutes and then started walking back. That’s the end of my blog bye. By Orla.

Tonight me and my mum decided to go riding. We hadn’t ridden in a while. We went out for a little hack. We soon realised that my pony’s back feet have not been cut. That meant I couldn’t trot. My sister Cameron was lunging her horse. I had a nice hack which was good. That’s all for today’s blog bye. By Orla.

Tonight we were invited to my dads girlfriends birthday dinner at the Swan. I had macaroni with some chips. That was really tasty. My dad had chicken stroganoff. He liked that. For dessert we had banoffe pie. My dads girlfriend really loved her presents. We had a great time. That’s all for today’s blog bye. By Orla.

Today me and my friend woke and got ready for today. She had a sleepover that night. We went outside and got soaked. After that we went into the hot tub for about an hour. That was nice. Then we went for a shower. Next we got dressed. After that we went on the trampoline while it was raining. When it dried up a bit we walk to the shop and got a few things. When we got out the shop we got caught in rain. Then we chilled for a few hours.

Today I woke quite late. I got myself ready and then went to my dads. My dad and my mum talked for a wee while and then my mum left. I went up stairs to chill. A bit later we went into the town also my brother came. My dad had to buy some presents. We were going to have lunch in the town but there was no locals open or they were really busy. Next we nipped over to the shop to buy some lunch.  After that we went home and ate our lunch. A few hours later me and my dad when on a walk round the Crichton. That was nice. This afternoon me my mum and my dog Monty went on a walk. We went to Drumlanrig castle. It’s such an adventurous walk. When we got in the gate we took the lead of the dog and let him go wild. He ran off but he comes back. On the way back my mum said he was tired but as soon as she said that Monty proved that he was not tired. He went berserk. After the walk we were going to have lunch in Thornhill with my sister. We like Thomas tosh but it was closed. Then we ended up going to Kilmford and had lunch there. Hope you enjoyed my blog bye.
