Speedy hummus

300g chick peas

1 clove garlic

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp tahini

1 )Mixi food processor

2)Chop up parsley and stir it in

 

Jumping salsa

4 tomatoes

1 spring onion

Mint leaves

Wash mint leaves

1 )Chop ingredients

2)Mix in a bowl

3)Add salt and a drizzle of oil

Enjoy veg sticks oatcakes and tasty bread yum yum
