Hello guys. It’s Captain Tom Moore’s birthday he is 100 years old (that’s a whole century). For his birthday British aircrafts flew over his house. He was a captain in the army. Captain Tom has inspired the nation. He had raised more than 30 million pounds and it’s still going up. The money is going to help support the NHS. Hope you enjoyed my blog bye! By Orla

30 million pounds is an incredible amount to have raised. Did you see all the birthday cards he received? They filled a church hall! He looked like he was enjoying his birthday celebrations!
