Afterwards, you have another Health and Wellbeing lesson. You have previously watched this video about Usain Bolt. Watch it again to learn about his life. He is an athlete so needs to eat a specific diet in order to keep up his strength and energy for running.
Using this Menu Writing Frame, I’d like you to design a menu for Usain Bolt for one day. You need to balance his meals so they are healthy but also provide his body with what he needs. You might need to do a little research to help you. 🙂
