We had a visit from Susan who works for the Scottish SPCA and we all had a wonderful time. She taught us about the work of the Scottish SPCA and what we should do if we saw anyone being cruel to animals. Susan taught us about taking care of farmyard animals and let us know how they are protected legally. We finished the lesson playing card games about animals.

We were really lucky this month when Claire from the BBC came to show us new Maths, Language and Science games. She wanted to know which ones we recommended and why. Claire is now going to go back to the BBC to let them know how we felt about the activities.

All of us have begun gymnastics lessons and we are learning how to roll and balance in lots of different ways. We are using mats just now but we will be using more equipment in the weeks to come.
