This week in class some of Primary 7M pupils have been presenting their Great Scot personal projects that they have been working on for the last few weeks as a homework task. These presentations have been very interesting and it is clear that a lot of time and hard work was put into creating these. We can’t wait to watch the rest of them next week!
During topic this week we have been continuing our Great Scot topic by looking at the life of Robert Burns. The pupils went on a treasure hunt around the classroom to collect all of the important dates and information about his life. They then had to work in their table groups to put these into chronological order so that they could create an accurate timeline.
Sadly, this was our last week skiing at Firpark. The pupils all had a fantastic time and even recieved a class star pupil for their resilience and teamwork. The pupils all received a certificate with their achieved level from the ski centre.
Learning Journals were handed out this week and need to be returned to school by Friday the 5th of October.
Also a reminder that the first parents nights will be next week Thursday the 4th and the again the following week on Tuesday the 9th. Slips were sent home today with your allocated time and date.
