Some of the class have decided they would like to share some news with you.
We are still reading Danny Champion of the World, although we are nearly finished now. We have been taking inspiration from the book for our own writing.

We’ve been working hard at maths, focusing particularly on place value including adding 100/1000 etc to large numbers. Once a week we work in small groups doing problem solving activities.

We watch Newsround after break each day while we drink our milk. We usually have interesting conversations about what we have seen in the news. This week we learnt about hurricanes and burping!
