The internet can be a brilliant place. However, as a parent or carer you play an important role in helping your child to stay safe online. You don’t need to be an expert on the internet to help keep your child safe- there are lots of resources available to support you in doing this. At Menstrie Primary School we teach Internet Safety each year as part of the curriculum. The ‘Be Internet Legends’ programme developed by Google and supported by Parent Zone, aims to address five key fundamentals:
