p5-7 used this powerpoint to share the results of our environmental review with p1-4 and held a blind vote to decide which 2 topics would join ‘Climate Action’ on our Green Flag Action Plan.

All the teachers added their lessons and projects which cover some of the Eco Schools Topics to this document. It shows that we learn lots about keeping our planet and ourselves healthy in every class at Catterline School.
P5/6/7 put the data from our weekly food waste recycling and monthly litter collections into Excel Spreadsheets to create graphs which can be displayed to share our impact.
These show we collected nearly 18kg of litter across the 2 years and diverted 490kg of food waste from landfill.
P1/2 wrote this letter to encourage families to re-think and re-use instead of buying a new Christmas jumper every year. We are looking forward to our Christmas jumper exchange.
