The children from p5/6/7 enjoyed harvesting the potatoes onions and garlic we grew this year.We cooked delicious home fries using our own onions and potatoes just harvested from the garden. We discussed food miles and how beneficial it is to grow your own vegetables.We worked as a team to wash, peel and chop then the p5 pupils cooked the home fries for everyone to enjoy.
