Every week the pupils and school staff come together to plan and reflect using a floor book. This time is used to work together to plan for topics, upcoming events, school improvement etc. and to reflect on our experiences and progress throughout the school year. We find this is an excellent way to ensure all pupils have a say in their school experiences and it has been a big hit with the children.

After a term of planning we re-visit our floor book pages and check our PLOD (possible lines of development). Did we do as we intended? Did it work out differently? We then use these insights to inform future planning and reflecting.
