Online Team Teaching- Empowering Teachers to Deliver Gaelic Learner Education

We aim to motivate pupils and support teachers to deliver Gaelic confidently as L2 or L3 by facilitating fun and engaging online team-teaching. Teachers receive live, on the job professional learning in language and language pedagogy and lead the learning for chunks of the live lessons. This building of confidence then enables teachers to consolidate the language learning with their pupils in their own class time using suggested follow-up resources and activities.

Gaelic ‘Live Lessons’ for L2 or L3 are starting week beginning 28th October-

Absolute beginners’ lessons take place on Wednesdays, 

13:30 – 14:05: 30th Oct, 6th Nov, 13th Nov, 20th Nov, 27th Nov, 4th Dec

Extension lessons take place on Fridays, 

9:30- 10:10: 1st Nov, 8th Nov, 15th Nov, 22nd Nov, 29th Nov, 6th Dec
