Edinburgh Zoo Visit – May 2014

Students from the S3 Personal Development Group recently participated in an Educational Visit to Edinburgh Zoo.

The group decided amongst themselves at the beginning of the year that they would like to visit the Zoo and would be prepared to work towards this outing. Over the past few months they have been fundraising towards this. They have also been researching the Zoo and costing the trip to give them an idea of the funds required.
On the day the trip was very successful. The behaviour was exemplary. The students all enjoyed their day away. The highlight of the day for most was seeing both pandas!
To end the trip the group stopped in Stirling and had a lovely meal. The hard work shown by the students had certainly paid off!
