P3 Update 1.5.20

Happy holiday weekend everyone!

We have made it through another week. Thank you for all your hard work. You are all doing a fantastic job and we are very proud teachers!

Today we have some lovely photos and videos through.

Thank you to TG (p3fw) who has sent in pictures of cookies he is baking and a very successful video explaining what adverbs are. We loved it!

Thank you to JB (p3fw) for his excellent adverbs poster – another fantastic way to show your learning.

AA (p3sw) sent in photos demonstrating his understanding of fractions through his lunch!

MS (p3fw) had been watching Pinocchio and made a fantastic puppet!

It is so lovely to see all the fantastic learning you are doing – both from our tasks and some you are doing yourselves. Keep them coming!

We will be back on Wednesday with more jobs for you. Have a great weekend and stay safe!

Good morning and happy Thursday!

We hope you are all well and ready for another Thursday! It has been great to catch up again this week and we are looking forward to hearing from some more of you today.

These are today’s tasks. We hope you enjoy them. We will be looking out on studyladder to see who is managing to answer their comprehension questions correctly. It would be great to see some photos of the fractions task too!

There is also a copy of the spelling words again – these are not new but just for anyone who was struggling to find them before πŸ™‚

Have a great day!

Good morning everyone!

We hope you are well rested and ready for another day of tasks πŸ™‚

International Workers’ Memorial Day takes place annually around the world on 28 April, an international day of remembrance and action for workers killed, disabled, injured or made unwell by their work.Β The day is an opportunity to highlight the preventable nature of most workplace incidents and ill health and to promote campaigns and union organisations in the fight for improvements in workplace safety.Β  The slogan for the day isΒ Remember the dead – Fight for the living.
This is especially relevant this year as the coronavirus outbreak presents a new threat to workers looking to carry on delivering essential services.
It would be great, if you can, to respect a minutes silence at 11am to honor those who have been affected.
Have a great day and look out for phone calls from us! πŸ™‚
