Our ‘All About Me’ learning has carried on this week. We continued to learn about our emotions and our ‘Colour Monster’ display is almost complete. We used blocks to measure our heights and next week we’re planning on measuring our feet.
We explored different toys and resources in the shed and outdoor classroom. We all enjoyed walking on the track and ‘M’ added in some extra blocks and ‘bridges’ too.
Our ‘Danny Go’ sessions have been fun and some of us joined in Spider-Man style yoga.

Rannoch Class 2026/2027
Rannoch Class are settling in nicely to the routine of being back at school.
We have been enjoying physical activities and play outdoors in the Trim Trail and Outdoor Classroom. We are all very keen to take part in P.E. again with MrsMcMaster.
We have been very focussed exploring some new toys, puzzles and books.
We are learning about ourselves and about our feelings through songs, stories, animations and activities.
Lomond Class Update
The class did some lovely daffodil inspired paintings and collage recently. Many enjoyed mixing paint colours again. This art work is proudly displayed on our Spring wall. We also made some Easter cards outdoors with Miss Nelson – they’ll be going home soon.
Our book of the week was ‘The Smartest Giant in Town’. Several of the children chose to look at/read this book in their own time and one even re-enacted some of the story out in the field. Fantastic!
We had a very active time in PE again with Mrs McMaster and enjoyed the Spring sunshine on Thursday in the kick pitch and field.
