A short but busy week this week with lots of learning taking place.
In Literacy we revised the sound ‘oa’, unscramble sentences and wrote about what we would do if we were the King.
In Maths we looked at number families, addends and skip counting.
We had another letter from the Dragon asking us to help build a castle. We worked very hard and made an amazing castle to play in. We also designed our own castles and wrote a sentence about it.
This week we learned about the Coronation of King Charles. We listened to information about what a coronation is and made coronation crafts we made flags and crowns and also made pants for the King. We also made a card to send to King Charles.
Today we had a Coronation Party. Primary one and two joined together to have a celebration. We had a parade through the school and then had a party in the Hall. We even got to dance! Everyone had a great time.
Today we also got to take our sunflower seeds home as they have started to grow.
