We are very proud of how hard working P1B have been this week. They have followed school rules brilliantly and enjoyed learning experiences.

We have begun skip counting in 2s, 5s and 10s. We have also been learning how to work out the missing number in a calculation.

Khaleesi – I enjoyed counting songs.

Cameron – I liked doing maths group time.

Aaron – I like that we are allowed to do maths.

Luca – I liked watching counting songs and singing them.

Azmeer – I liked drawing number blocks.

We have been unscrambling words to put them into a sentence that makes sense. We also wrote a letter to the dragon.

JJ – I liked reading books.

We were all very excited to have a visit from a dragon. He left us a letter and asked us to help rebuild Fairyland. He also left us castle books to decorate. We learned about the features of a castle, drew our own castles and wrote a fantastic sentence.

Martyna – I liked learning about castles.

Following on from our Earth Day work last week, we were set a challenge to turn a toilet roll tube into a character. Please check out Seesaw to see the results.

Owen – I liked making toilet roll characters.

Faye – I like making a Rapunzel.

Rose – I liked making Cinderella.

Have a lovely long weekend!
