Good afternoon dear Readers,

You can see here our Overview for Term 4:

Forward Plan overview Term 4 P3A

We hope you have had a good week.

This week’s highlights were:

  • In Literacy, we have worked on our new weekly spelling words, planned and produced an exposition/persuasive text about the need to stop littering, learned better how and when to use exclamation marks to finish off our sentences and have ended the week with our weekly spelling assessment and our much loved Free Writing Friday.
  • In Maths and Numeracy we have learned and worked a lot on fractions of a shape both by identifying the coloured/shaded fractions and also by colouring in the given fractions.
  • We have continued our work on the Earth Day posters and are hoping to have them finished by the end of next week.
  • For Health and Wellbeing we have started learning about the Eat well plate and the benefits of having a healthy diet.
  • Our friendship bracelets have been randomly handed out at the beginning of the week and we have tried hard to be even kinder to the person whose bracelet we got!
  • Our kindness jar continues being filled with kindness notes and it will need to be emptied by the end of next week since it is almost full due to all the amazing acts of kindness from our boys and girls! We can’t wait to find out who our new Kindness Champions are going to be!!💗

We wish you all a  sunny and wonderful weekend!

P3A and Mrs Valente😃
