This week in Primary 5 we have been learning about compass point. We have been learning how to draw spring flowers using different colours and patterns. In PE we have been learning balancing skills using the benches, and horsebox.

Aditya – My highlight has been learning how much sugar content is in different drinks.

Niamh – I really enjoyed making the spring flower pictures.

Naman – I really liked when we were working on the genre exposition task in our writing.

Sophie-Leigh – I really enjoyed drawing the flowers.

Marcus – I enjoyed all the different stunts we were doing in PE.

Mrs McLaughlin was really happy to spend Friday in P5. There was some amazing work on compass points, and Primary 5 have shown a great understanding of directions and how to move particular ways.

This week our Hot Chocolate winner for excellent Maths work and an amazing piece of flower art is – Vivien.

Happy weekend from Mrs McLaughlin and Primary 5b!
