PFFA pupils share their gift of knowledge this month…
PFFA pupils interview our parish priest….
After our gathering point 2 session some of our P6 pupils wanted to interview Canon Haluka to ask him what it means to be such an important part of our parish community and to find out how they can share their talents and knowledge with others this month.
Snowflake Muffins and measure in Maths..
Our maths set got stuck into our Christmas Bake off challenge this week applying all their skills of measuring to create delicious muffins to sell at the Christmas Fair on Friday.
Christmas Decorations for Tesco Tree
This week in P5/6 we were busy creating decorations and applying our art skills designing these cute tree decorations to be displayed at Tesco Bathgate from 30th November. Look out for our work there……

P5/6 War Time Discussion Wall
In groups we discussed our views on conflict and how it affects not only the soldiers but their families and friends too. We nominated a leader to organise the discussion and a recorder to write post it ideas.

P5/6 enjoyed their last morning of term 1 joining the parishioners for mass and being given a special tour of the amazing choir loft that boasts an incredible stained glass window.The window features Our Lady and St Bernadette and came to the church all the way from Chatres France in 1961!
Climate Swap Table
To celebrate Climate Week P5/6 organised a swap table so all pupils in our school community could have a Spring Clean and recycle their unwanted clothes toys books and films. Mrs Nicol kindly designed badges so we could tell everyone at home we how we are trying to reuse our precious resources and look after the planet we live in.
