We tried our best to follow Gordon in lots of songs using the chords we had learned and we managed to keep up with all the other schools that joined us for the afternoon. Mrs Lang was very proud of us and Mrs C even got a shot on the stage with a tambourine!
We are going to have a very busy week skateboarding, completing our entries for the Young Writer of the Year competition and selling Leprechaun Muffins after we have visited the church for Stations of the cross on Friday! Phew!

Katie – I enjoyed doing the Go Noodle.
Tjay – I enjoyed making the certificates for display.

Ellsie – I enjoyed colouring the awards for display.
Kyran – I was pleased that I undertook my Sacrament.

Brooke – I enjoyed doing my passenger portrait in topic.
We also enjoyed our music session as we wrote our own verses for a Titanic song using the tune to Row Row Row your boat. We also developed our grammar by working on plurals (P)3 and nouns including proper nouns (P4). In our Titanic topic, we got together with 4/5 and got into our passenger groups and looked at the journey the Titanic made, we then used maps to plot the journey.
What an effort this class has made for World Book Day. Our costumes are fantastic and even Miss Glencorse dressed up! Check out our photos. We love our selfie!!
