P2/3 and their CRAZY HAIR!
P2/3 all came to school looking at little bit different… and crazy! All paid £1 that will go to SCIAF too so all very kind too… well done all! 🙂
P1 maths cave and tent
Easter Egg Hunt this week 50 p to enter !
P5 created some masks to wear for the hunt to raise money for Diabetes Care.
P2/3 Made Mother’s Day Cards
P 2/3 with their finished Mother day cards.
We folded a piece of card. We chose the colour of tissue paper we wanted to use. Then we cut the tissue paper into circles.
Using glues sticks we glued the circles onto the card, starting with the biggest circle and finishing with the smallest.
Next we scrunched up yellow crepe paper for the middle. Then we finished the flower by drawing the stem and scrunching the tissue paper to make it look like a real flower.
Lastly we wrote ‘MUM’ at the bottom and wrote a message inside the card.
We hope our mums liked their card!
Crazy hair/Mad Hatters Day! Friday 27th March
Pupil Council have organised a dress down day and a chance for us all to have crazy hair and/or wear any hat you like.
It will be on Friday 27th March, so come to school dressed as you like.
£1 to take part.
All money will go to our Lenten charity

Developing the School Garden
The P6/7 Nurture Group applied to the Access to Education Fund in November for money to develop the school garden and discovered recently that we were awarded the £5000 we asked for!
The group have been meeting with companies this month to buy a trim trail and this week the final plans were chosen. Creative Play are hoping to build the new play area over the Easter Holidays. This is a large part of the money, the rest is also spent and we are hoping that after Easter we can get into the garden to build our outdoor classroom space and wooden building area.
Spending the money has been fun, we are hoping that playing on the trim trail next term will be even more fun!
The photos show what we hope some of the areas will look like. We can’t wait!
