We attended the P6/7 conference today and really enjoyed ourselves. It was great to see the inputs from the other schools and it just confirmed to us that we should always aspire to be the best we can be and reach for the stars as we grow up. Once again, we would like to thank everyone involved in making this such a successful event again this year. Well done everyone!!
Who would have thought 45 minutes of dancing would be so tiring!! We made some serious shapes on the dance floor! Can you recognise The Macarena, Superman, 500 Miles and some free styling? Well done everyone!!
Wow!! P6/7 raised an incredible amount of £450 for our danceathon for SCIAF. We have talked a lot about the work of SCIAF and you have show yourselves to be responsible citizens by your unbelievable generosity. That money will be so valuable to children and adults that are less fortunate than yourselves. I am so proud of you all! Keep dancing!!
We would really, really like to thank Scott, who gave up his free time and came in to school today to help us put together our power point for Friday’s conference. We couldn’t have done it without him. Thanks again Scott!! That’s why you’re our inspirational person!!
Scott, our Futsal coach, visited us today to help with our conference work. We have chosen Scott as our inspirational person and he was brilliant with us today. He answered all our questions, had a laugh with us and told us some really interesting things about himself. Listening to all the hard work he had to do to achieve his goal and how much he loves his job and loves working with young people inspired us even more! Scott, we think you’re great. Thank you!

Making some green hearts to hang on our school trees in our front garden could be a way to share with our community things we would like to protect from Climate change in the future….get thinking P6/7!
We talked about how we have the power to make a difference with simple shopping choices which in turn gives farmers a better deal. They can then make their own decisions in their communities, with more control over their future. Great work P6/7 🙂
So very very proud of the efforts of this fantastic group today representing our school. What a great day and we even brought back trophies. Conor and I were blown away with how well each and every one of you played today. You are all winners 🏸
