To end our Social Subjects topic, we had a Polish and Portuguese banquet! It was absolutely delicious! Here are some photos of us enjoying our treats.

P7 Open Evening: Tuesday 15th November 2016
Dear Parent/Guardian
We will be holding a P7 Open Evening on Tuesday 15th November 2016 and would be delighted if you are able to attend. It will afford you the opportunity to visit subject areas and meet heads of faculties, teaching and Student Support staff as well as members of the Senior Leadership Team.
The evening will take the form of a number of short workshops across a range of subject departments and will begin promptly in the school assembly hall at 7pm and end at 8.15pm.
If you are able to come, please complete the tear off slip below and ask your son or daughter to return this to their Primary 7 teacher.
Your son/daughter should attend the evening with you and accompany you to workshops.
I very much look forward to seeing you
Yours sincerely
Mrs Sharon Gallagher
Depute Head Teacher
Student Support
Parents Meetings
We are looking forward to meeting all of our parents and carers at the Parents Meetings on Friday.
This a great opportunity for us, when you are in school, to gather your views so there will be some “stalls” set up and we ask that you please visit them.
We are encouraging the children to come along with you and join in the meeting, with their teacher; because we believe that they should be part of this discussion about them, but it is up to you.
If you are unsure of when your appointment is then please call us on 01506 653103.
Many Thanks

Welcome to Poland!
The P6/7 classroom was transformed into Warszawa, or Warsaw as we would say in English. All the classes made WYCINANKI (vee-chee-non-kee). This meant we made some striking designs out of paper. Here are some classes with their finished work.
