P1 and P5/6 were outside this afternoon working together and having fun. The P6 pupils are going to make excellent buddies next year as they were wonderful encouraging, supporting and working with the younger children.
The pictures show castle and fort building, games, climbing and balancing and the P1 children, inspired by their music lesson today, were drumming too!
It was great fun – thank you P5/6 for spending time with the P1’s and showing us around. These photos will cheer us up at the next wet-playtime. I’m looking forward to having spending more time in that fabulous new garden as the weather gets better. (The P6’s are definitely going to be very caring buddies next year, I agree.)
