P5 Easter Activities.

Dear P5, I hope this blog finds you and your families well.  Thank you to those that have been online with me the past two weeks.  It has been a challenge for us to work online together – but fun!  Thanks to the families that have also been there to help you from your end.  I know that for some who haven’t been on Teams you have been able to use the email and Sumdog to keep yourself involved.  If you haven’t been able to continue your learning online, do not worry.  We can catch up after the Easter holidays.  Below is a list of ideas and websites to keep yourself busy and to learn new skills over the holidays.  You do not have to do the activities, it is your holidays, but I know some people will want something to do as you are still not able to play out with friends etc.  Have a good holidays, stay safe and be positive.

Easter Holidays suggested activities.

Art and Craft on Teams

Look at the grid from Mrs Mohammed.  If you have done some already, try others.  Look at the Andy Goldsworthy Powerpoint (Art Design folder in the FILE section), have a go at doing some outdoor art if you can in the same style.   Remember to take pictures and upload them to Teams or OneNote if you do.  Also look at the cross-curricular sites listed below.

Literacy on OneNote and Book Creator

Keep a diary in your OneNote.  There is a grid there you can use.

Make your own timetable.  There is a word document on your OneNote.  Drag or copy it to your desktop if it won’t open in OneNote.

Maths on Sumdog and Teams

Using Sumdog, save up the coins and we will have a big blow out after the holidays.  There are more maths problem solving sheets on the Teams FILE section.  Remember the square is mild level, the circle is spicy level and the triangle is hot level.  You can choose which level you are at, but it is the same as the maths groups we have in class.
