Parent Council – EGM
Hi all,
The Parent Council will be hosting an EGM on Monday 3rd June at 7pm which will be held in St Joseph’s Chapel Hall. Â
This is to vote in a new Chairperson and Secretary to allow the Parent Council to move forward and continue to support the school in a positive manner. If anyone is interested in either post email stjosephspcwhitburn@hotmail.com and we will forward on details of responsibilities. There will be some paper copies on the night as well. Â
The voting will take place at the meeting after nominations have been received. Please ensure you speak to the person before nominating them. You are also welcome to put yourself forward for the posts. We require these posts to be filled to ensure a parent council can carry on.
Everyone is welcome to this meeting. This is your Parent Council, therefore, as well as filling these posts we want to hear any suggestions or questions you have.
We hope to see you all there.
