Today we could not believe our eyes! Zippity had copied Kipper from the story he was reading yesterday and made a snow elf!
He left us another letter saying how happy he was that P1 are great at tidying up! Well done P1!
We hope Zippity returns with some Elf Magic tomorrow!
The Elf Magic happened again in P1 today!
We found Zippity this morning reading a book and he had a present & another letter for us! In his letter, Zippity told us how much he had enjoyed learning with us the day before and that he couldn’t wait to learn more with us today!
Miss McCullagh used the magic wands to pick the lucky person to open the gift! It was a book which we enjoyed at story time, all about an Elf! We think Zippity is telling us about his life with Santa in the story!
P1 had the biggest surprise this morning!
We had a visitor all the way from the North Pole, Zippity the Elf!
He covered our classroom door with paper and we had to burst through to get into our classroom!
He left us a lovely letter and says he can’t wait to learn with us!

This week we have built into our daily routine new ways to practice our sight words! We have been using a fly swatter to high 5 the sight words on our classroom door and popping balloons on our smart board! The children have loved these new activities!
