Dear parents and carers
It’s an exciting time here in school as we make our final preparations for P6 camp. I would like to remind everyone of the arrangements.
The bus will leave school at 9.00am on Monday 20th May and return on the 22nd May for 3.30/4.00pm. This time is approximate and will very much depend on traffic. We will keep you updated by ‘Group call’ if there are any issues, please make sure Mrs O’Shaughnessy has a note of your current contact details.
Please bring warm and waterproof clothing, old clothes, old trainers/sturdy footwear, towel, wellies and a black bag for any laundry! A packed lunch and snack will be required for Monday’s travel.
Your child will not need much spending money as there is only a small shop for tuck and stationary items. The maximum any child should bring is £5.00
Please leave all electronic devices at home, including mobile phones. For the purpose of photographs, we recommend a disposable camera. Staff will give you regular updates with photographs via the school blog and twitter.
We already have your completed EE2 form. If your child is going to need medicine of any kind when they are away, please request a form from the office, complete this form and bring to school in a plastic bag clearly marked with your child’s on the day of departure, and hand to a member of staff for safe keeping. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to call the school office.
Thanks you again for your support and co-operation

We had a fantastic response and we appreciate the time parents and carers took to complete the questionnaires.

Dear Parents/ Carers.
Mrs Mooney was delighted today when she visited primary 3/4 and saw how the boys and girls were using their mnemonic spelling strategy to help spell tricky words. Well done everyone. Keep up the hard work!
Dear parents/carers.
We would like to thank you for your overwhelming support of our recent Book Fair. Total sales were an awesome £1035.77. This earned us a massive £621 towards Scholastic books for our school. This will go a long way in stocking our new library. A huge thank you for your continued support.
