Photographs
Dear Parent/Carer,
School photographs should be ordered and paid for by September the 7th. Class group photographs will be taken on Friday the 31st of August. Please ensure pupils are in full school uniform including shirt and tie for these photographs.
The dining room staff have informed me of a number of pupils bringing Nutella and peanut products for snack and lunch. We have pupils with peanut allergies and cannot have products containing nuts in school. Thank you for your co-operation.

Galaday 2018
Dear Parent/Carer,
As you are aware, Whitburn Galaday takes place on Saturday June 23rd. This year the school has been given winter as our theme. As many of our pupils already have costumes from the Disney film ‘Frozen’ these could be worn. Alternatively pupils should wear a white T-shirt, white leggings or tights and a snowflake headband.
Those who wish can order a snowflake costume from the school. This will consist of a snowflake headband and a white T-shirt with a snowflake motif at a cost of £5.00.
Please complete the tear-off slip sent home today and return to school with payment by Friday 8th June to allow orders to be placed. The photograph below gives an idea for the snowflake costume. A snowflake headband, white face paint and big hair with white or silver spray will complete the look. We look forward to seeing the result, have fun!
