We had lots of fun during health week. We learned about healthy food, tasted different fruits, tried lots of different sports and practiced mindfulness in the woodlands.

Chicks in P1B
We loved watching our chicks hatch, learning about their life cycle, nests and different oviparous animals! We took really good care of them and we were a bit sad to say goodbye.

Another fantastic day developing teamwork skills and challenging ourselves (including some teachers) to some high climbing activities, as well as fencing and games.
Everyone dressed up for our disco and some excellent dancing was on display.
More exciting activities tomorrow morning.

P6 camp 2017 Day 1
P6 have arrived safely at camp and had a super first afternoon. Flying through the trees on the zip line, completing team challenges on the assault course and practicing target skills at archery. Currently exploring the castle and grounds on a grail hunt and looking forward to another fantastic day tomorrow.

P1A Update 26th May
Another busy week in P1A!
Alfie – ‘We posted our letters for the Three Bears to say we won’t do it again. We pretended to be Goldilocks.’
Kyle – ‘ We were making porridge and we made a milk one and a water one. I liked the milk one.’
Jaagruti – ‘ We pretended to be the Three Bears and Goldilocks to make the story. We used our imaginations.’
Jakub – ‘I showed the trophy and the medal from sparring and from technique that I won at Taekwon Do.’
Liam – ‘ We went to see Fr Simon at the Church and we saw the big cross with Jesus on it.’
Zara – ‘ Fr Simon came to our class to see our pictures of the Church. He was impressed!’

Primary 1A Update 5th May 2017
This week has been very exciting in P1!
Alfie – ‘There is a beanstalk in our classroom and in Miss Solomon’s classroom.’
Filip – ‘The Giant messed up the classroom.’
Lily – ‘ The beanstalk has changed it was smaller and now it is bigger and there is a castle at the top.’
Zuzanna – ‘ We were measuring with the footprints.’
Nellie – ‘We went outside to measure and play on the trim track.’
Kyle – ‘There was a letter in the beanstalk. It was from the Giant. He was sorry because he made a big mess he wasn’t mad he was just trying to look at our work.’
Laura was the first person to get 20 Dojo points and she got to change her monster. There are a lot of people with nearly 20 so they will be changing their monsters soon!
