We have had a very strange week in P2e. On Thursday morning Miss Elliot found a dirty piece of paper in our castle. It was a letter from a knight called Eric. We think Eric might have been a ghost who died in battle. We are really excited but also confused about how he got here. We decided to try and catch him on camera. We have left a camera on in the castle to see if he comes back. We also wrote letters back to Eric to find out more about him and to find out more about knights. We will let you know what we find out!
This week we have been busy creating lots of art work . We have designed pictures of the main characters from the Wizard of Oz for the float. The winner will get to have their picture used on the float. We all hope our picture gets chosen. We have also been working on our sketching skills and sketched pictures of Stirling Castle. We found out about jousting and create moving jousting pictures.

I am really excited about hearing if you manage to catch Eric on the camera. You were very excited on Wednesday lunch time when I saw you all after the letter had arrived. Just like you I’m wondering how he got here. Congratulations to all of the class winners this week.

I really enjoyed writing the letter back to Eric and can’t wait to see if he replies. It is a wee bit spooky.

When I found out eric the knight was in our castle I was really scared but miss elliott told us eric could be a nice knight and not a bad one.
I really enjoyed sketching Stirling castle.I got a big shock when we discovered the letter from Eric the knight.
It’s been fun learning about Eric.
I enjoyed performing Mister Skellybones and can’t wait for the trip to Stirling Castle next week.
