We have had a really busy and fun week in P1a. We took advantage of the lovely weather and went outside with Mrs Laidlaw for number work and used chalk to write the numbers 1-10 in the playground.

Amber: It was lots of fun to play with my buddy this week, and counting from 1 to 10 in the playground. I also loved teaching my buddy to climb the wall behind the playhouse.
Amber’s Mummy Ros: It’s great to hear you’ve all been outside, that must have been lots of fun! There’s so many numbers to be found in nature aren’t there? We’ve been reading one of the Elmer books on our holidays in England in our camper van . He’s a funny elephant, we like him a lot!
