This week the P2 Cushion Club did some baking.  They made shortbread.  They really enjoyed when Miss Henderson joined them to learn how to do this too. They used good spreading skills and all listened to instructions very well.  All of them had the chance to carry out every activity but they all decided that the best bit was when they got a hot bit out of the oven.  They thought that when it was cold the next day it was not soo good.  Some of the staff enjoyed their hot bit too!
