P5m’s Wee Piece of Scotland

This week we have been thinking about all the places in Scotland that we consider to be important. They may be important because we have learned about them in our history topics, important events may have taken place there or they may be places we have visited with our families. We will include all of our locations on the Mega Map of Scotland we are creating to help guide us through our topic.

My Wee Piece of Scotland

Edinburgh,

Visiting lots of museums,

Exploring the old castle,

Spending time with my mum,

A place where I feel safe and happy,

Edinburgh will always be

My wee piece of Scotland.

We have also been working hard on our assembly. We look forward to seeing as many visitors as possible on Friday 8th, 9:45.

  1. My favourite place in Scotland is the Isle of Skye, we have had lots of great family holidays there. We are also looking forward to your assembly on Friday!

  2. Hello 5m,

This post on your blog made for lovely reading. I liked how some of you have happy memories tied to some of the locations in Scotland you mentioned. Your Mega Map sounds like it will be a great collaborative project taking in everyone’s ideas.

A huge well done on your class assembly. I am sure you are all very proud of how well this went and rightly so – it was fab 🙂
