Introducing the most wonderful Primary 1 class!

We are 23 special learners, with our class teacher Mrs Gilmartin and our lovely support staff Mrs James, Nicole, Mrs Shaw, Mr Ross and Mrs Dunn. Our class team are passionate, independent and capable learners.

We each bring unique strengths and interests that inspire those around us. We are a learner-led, play based, Primary 1, which ensures that our focussed ‘Teaching Time’ is complemented by ‘Curiosity Time’; rich opportunities to enquire, practise new skills and have fun, playing together (both inside and out).

Within our class charter, we celebrate the phrase… “We are each other’s Marigolds” A bright and beautiful marigold is planted to support, nurture and encourage those around it, to blossom and grow. We respect and believe in ourselves and each other; encouraging our team and celebrating all of our successes!
