Hello and welcome to our blog. We are going to tell you about our school, living in Shetland and what we learn, of course! 😀 We hope you enjoy and that you stick around to see what we get up to.

Our favourite subject at school is writing. We write lots of cool stories about people turning into chickens and stuff like that. ;D

Our class is happy and we are all friends. We sometimes practice in the playground and then put on plays in front of the class.

Our teacher is Miss Mainland. She is really nice and fair. She is reading us Matilda at the moment. It is by Roald Dahl and it is a really good book. Our favourite bit is where Mr Wormwood gets his hat stuck on his head. We recommend it.

Shetland is very peaceful. It is very small. Not many people live here, but that just means we live closer to or friends! ;D Shetland has the most northern chip shop in the world in Brae. We live in Lerwick, which is the most populated place in Shetland. There are some small islands off the main bit of Shetland, like Yell, Unst, Skerries (which is really cool), Foula, Fetlar and Fair Isle.
