P1-2 Curriculum Info Term 4 25-26

P1s have been learning about the volume of water and practising  pouring water into different containers to show that they were full, empty, half full, almost empty, almost full.

We also took on the challenge of finding out how many scoops/cups it took to fill different sizes of containers. We kept track of our counting using tally marks. Some of us had to be really patient and counted as high as 68 scoops!

 

We had fun celebrating World Book Day in P1/2A.

Some of us dressed up as characters from our favourite books, we shared lots of stories and we had a special World Book Day Book Bug with Mrs Grant.

The P7’s shared stories with us and we read our reading books to them!
