We had a great time with local author Ann Marie Anderson. She read the class a couple of her Peerie Oorick books, the bairns loved them.

Ann Marie showed the p6-7s how to felt and everyone got to make their own Peerie Oorick, it was lots of fun!

The bairns then wrote their own stories about their Oorick in Shetland dialect.
