We have been learning about the phases of the moon. We created the phases of the moon using oreos…and ate a few too! We had to carve each phase to complete the lunar cycle:
- new moon
- waxing crescent moon
- half moon (first quarter)
- waxing gibbous moon
- full moon
- waning gibbous moon
- half moon (last quarter)
- waning crescent moon
