Week 8 P56 trip

Primary 56 went to the point of Scatness on a coastal adventure this week.  They learned about rocks, geology and developed their resilience as they were challenged to climb up the cliffs, step over deep chasms and traverse over rough terrain.
There was beautiful flora and bird life with sea pinks everywhere.  They had lunch in the Bronze Age block house, which is a fascinating structure built 2000 years ago.  The guides were great and they can’t wait to go an an adventure with the Outdoor education team again.  A great day with plenty adventure and challenge.
