Burravoe Primary School

On Saturday we had a fundraiser for our School funds and we raised £1002! Thank you to anyone who came or helped.

We went on the swan and we sailed away and we went down the stairs and we steered the boat to the other side of Burravoe.

We all drew pictures of things outside and it was observational drawing it was fun we  we had to look really really hard at what we were going to draw in our sketch books. I drew two daffodils it was fun. you had to do it with detail. first you could draw the outline with a pencil and then paint it. you need to get a paint palet paint brush and a cup of water and then paint the picture.

At Pre school group we read a book called winnies Big Bad Robot . The robot was really bad he made everyting turn into Robots .He made the bird the bunnies the frogs the ducks the house and even winie turned into a robot.After wilbur the cat had a idea.He grabed a creeper  and swung over the Robots head snatched winnies wand. Then he swung across to winnie the robot .Droped the wand into her hand. Winnie the robot waved the wand again and shouted ABRA beeb beeb CADABRA  winnie the witch flopped into her deckchair wilbur curled up in her lap. Thank you wilbur Winnie said I am very lucky to have such a clever cat  pur pur pur said wibur.  After that we made robots out of recycling things . Some of us made names for them. After school we toke them home the name for my Robot is Foodbot

The first day (Monday) we went round the old city of Lisbon. The next day in Portugal we went with a train to Sintra. In Sintra we went to a castle which was called Sao Jorge Castelo but dad changed his mind and he wanted to go to a colourful castle which was called Palacio da Pena. The 3rd day we went to Cascais with another train. In Cascais we went to a beach and there we changed into our swimming costumes. We went in the water as well, we got all wet! On Saturday we went to a city called Belem and we saw a monument of the discoverers. On the last day Monday we went to a huge park and there were several playgrounds we only went to the biggest one we loved it there. I hope we will go there again soon.

We draw pictures and looked at stuff really hard i draw the slide i draw the swings i draw the see-saw and flowers.

On the first day of term we went Gardening. We emptied the flower pots. We put the old  compost out of the pots and put the compost out of the compost bins. We had to go into the groups and to use an Trall. We took turns on digging the compost out of the compost bins. Abby made an time-lapse of us Taking out the compost out of the bins. We had to be fast at this.
