For Children in Need Bradley and Leah baked ginger biscuits. First they washed their hands and put on their apron. They mixed the 250g of margarine and 140g caster sugar in a big bowl with a wooden spoon. They separated the egg yolk from  the egg white they also put 2 tea spoons full of vanilla extract. Then they put in 300g of plain flour, they mixed until it had no lumps. Then they added in ginger powder. Then they had to get their hands messy and they pressed the dough together. Then they put the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes. They rolled out the dough and cut out the dough with shape cutters after they did that they put the dough on a tray. Then they cooked them for about 10 minutes at 180°C.
