The Queen’s Baton Relay in Brae

Yesterday we went to Brae because the baton was coming to Brae. It was a sunny day.  When we at Brae we  went to the  astroturf.  Cullivoe and us were wearing red.  We put our bags down and we played football.  We sat down on the astroturf  and we listen to Danny from active Schools. We got a lanyard what activity’s we are doing.  The  first activity was Commonwealth crafts. In commonwealth crafts we did banners and face painting.  My face paint was a Scottish flag on my hand.  After dinner the next activity was mini beast hunt. I was in a group with Abby, Honor, Leah and I. I found a spider and a fly and we use a pooter to get the mini beast.  We went back to the astroturf and we are getting ready to see the baton. We stand next to the co-up in Brae. The baton was on a lifeboat before came to us. The baton was shiny silver. We went back to the astroturf to see the baton closer and we got a high five from Clyde.
