At Tarbolton Primary School we value each other demonstrating respect and empathy.  We celebrate difference and encourage self-worth and individuality.  We encourage every pupil to develop to their full potential.  Every pupil at Tarbolton Primary school is supported to be all they can be.  Pupil voice is very important here at Tarbolton Primary not only through the range of pupil groups we have but also in class on a daily basis.  There are many opportunities for pupils to shape the life of our school.  This can range from pupils setting their own personal targets and agreeing their preferred learning style to pupils deciding which charities we support, what educational outing take place and what need we have for new school equipment.
