Fundraising Group

Minishant Primary School Parent Council consists of a Chairperson, a Treasurer, Secretary and members.  Any parent/carer whose child attends the school may be a member.  Whilst meetings are normally held every couple of months, due to Covid-19 the Council did not meet for over two years, and in December 2022 elected the new office bearers at their first meeting.

The Parent Council fundraising events pay for such things as the purchase  of Leavers’ Hoodies for the P7s who will be moving up to Secondary school in June,  a chocolate Easter egg for every pupil and for refreshments  / equipment at the fundraising events.
