Can you believe that this week we submitted Christmas pictures for the Lamppost Banner Competition. So many fabulous designs and the ladies had a hard time deciding on our final entry.
This year Martha’s entry is being sent for Fisherton Primary’s Lamppost Banner. Well done Martha.
However, we decided that as there was such a high standard of work submitted that one picture from the wee class and one from the big class would be used for the school Christmas Cards. Lacey’s design has been selected from P.1 – 3 and Nathan’s from P.5 – 7. Very well done to all the pupils in the school for their effort.
Well done to all those in the Big Class who won awards at this weeks assembly.
Elsi won a literacy award for excellent setting development and Stephen won a numeracy award for making connections between multiplication and division. Well done guys.
Cara and Campbell were both awarded in the Ethos and Life of the School category for all their hard work in Eco Club. You really have made a difference. Great job.
This week’s Dojo Champ is ……….Kieran. Very well done Kieran.
Congratulations to Kyra who won a literacy award this week for being a story writing star and using her own ideas. Lacey won an achievement award for correctly ordering the whole alphabet. Well done girls.
Leith received a numeracy award for his super symmetrical pattern work Good job!
Finally, we had a double Dojo Champ this week in the wee class with Harvey and Kaleyll picking up the top spot.
Congratulations to all those from the wee class that received certificates at this week’s celebrating success assembly.
Firstly well done to Harvey who won a personal achievement award for getting changed quickly for P.E. Ollie was rewarded for being Big Maths Champion in the wee class. Charlie was last week’s Dojo Champ and Kyra got an award for being a handwriting superstar. Well done to you all.
We had a wonderful morning celebrating the successes and achievements of our young people. The parents and families were treated to some wonderful singing by the children…..they never disappoint and rose to the occasion. Enjoy our pictures and videos of the event.
