P6/7 ACE Day- Abseiling
P6/7 had a fantastic time Abseiling today facing their fears! Well done everyone!
P6/7 Adventure Cycling
P6-7 had a fantastic day at Glentrool as part of their ACE day where they enjoyed some adventure biking!
P5-7 Comic Relief Day
Primary 5-7 took part in an afternoon of activities to raise money for comic relief. Firstly they tackled the ‘Lego Fire Walk’, before enjoying a karaoke singalong and just dance activities!
P5-7 World Mars Day
Primary 5-7 enjoyed world Mars day today where they engaged in a variety of activities. Pupils had the opportunity to engage in a Live Q&A whole class zoom call with real staff members at NASA before using a range of oil pastel techniques to create their very own ‘red planet’. In the afternoon, P5-7 explored what life would be like on Mars and even created their own houses designed to survive the harsh Martian climate!
Longest Obstacle Course in Ballantrae History
This afternoon the boys and girls worked together to make Ballantrae’s longest ever obstacle course! They worked in their house teams and took a side of the bike track each to make their fantastic obstacles! They demonstrated excellent team work, cooperation and delegation skills!
